- Available in widths of 18" (458 mm), 24" (610 mm), 36" (915 mm), 48" (1220 mm), 60" (1525 mm) and 72" (1830 mm)
- Fully welded structure, offering stability, strength and durability
- Front and sides in stainless steel
- Stainless steel anti-splash edge
- 1" (25mm) thick griddle plate, in carbon steel, with super-polished finish
- Plate welded at the top and bottom edges, ensuring the unit's tightness
- Independent burner drawer, in stainless steel, increasing efficiency and easing any maintenance
- Pilot light viewing and adjustment from the front panel
- Die-cast aluminum knobs, with chrome finish, providing durability and strength
- Stainless steel grease/waste trays with a capacity of 9.26 liters each, designed for easy removal and cleaning
- One collector drawer on the 18", 24" and 36" models, or two on the 48", 60" and 72" models.
- 4" chrome-plated carbon steel feet, with height adjustment
- Sides with double-wall insulation.
