Please read carefully: by submitting the supplier registration, your company declares that it agrees with this policy.

Metalúrgica Venâncio has established a supply policy to ensure quality, agility and efficiency in the delivery of the materials the organization needs to operate.

All suppliers must meet the following requirements:

  1. 1Adherence to ethics and good conduct in the relationship with Metalúrgica Venâncio. Above any process, a good relationship and ethics between the parties must always prevail;
  2. 2Deliver orders within the agreed lead time and price, honoring the agreements made between Venâncio and the supplier;
  3. 3Ensure the quality of component deliveries, from the material supplied to the way it is packaged and transported;
  4. 4The supplier acknowledges that, if it supplies components considered critical according to the product design or process characteristics, its material will be checked through the Receiving Inspection process upon arrival at Metalúrgica Venâncio, and may be rejected in whole or in part if discrepancies are found between what was delivered and what was specified. The supplier will be notified in advance if any of its materials is subject to this control step;
  5. 5The supplier will be monitored through the IQF indicator (Supplier Qualification Index), which evaluates the percentage of rejections at receiving inspection and the average delay in order deliveries. If the supplier does not reach the minimum target, it may be required to submit an action plan for review; Metalúrgica Venâncio is responsible for informing the supplier when it does not deliver the expected performance, and the supplier is responsible for properly responding to the action plan sent;
  6. 6If there is any difficulty in delivering the agreed orders, the supplier must immediately contact Metalúrgica Venâncio's procurement department so that, together with the responsible buyer or the department manager, they can find the best alternative to ensure the company is properly supplied. Failure to follow this process may have a significant impact on Metalúrgica Venâncio's targets and, consequently, on the supplier and its relationship with the company;
  7. 7When the supplier identifies the need to send components that differ from those specified by Metalúrgica Venâncio, whether due to a shortage of raw material or a change in the originally agreed and approved process, it must first contact the responsible buyer and submit the required information (which the buyer will request) to start the Parts Evaluation process, in which the full financial and design feasibility analysis will be carried out internally at Metalúrgica Venâncio, resulting in approval or rejection for the supplier. The supplier acknowledges that it may only send the modified material after the buyer's formal approval.

Metalúrgica Venâncio reserves the right to require corrective actions from suppliers that do not meet the established requirements.
