- Equipment compliant with INMETRO Ordinance 148/2022, bearing a conformity seal issued by the certification body PCN do Brasil; capacity for up to 1,000 loaves
- Cabinet for retarding dough proofing (cold) and accelerating dough proofing (hot)
- Injected polyurethane insulation
- Panel equipped with a multifunction digital controller
- Equipped with a forced-air system, located inside the rear of the chamber
- Automatic steam system located at the rear exterior, comprising a 3-liter water reservoir, equipped with a mechanical float and an evaporation tube with an internal heating element
- Temperature in heating function max. 50°C and refrigeration function from 2°C to 25°C
- Interior and exterior finish in stainless steel
- Support for trays of 58x68cm, fully made of stainless steel
- Optional 5-strip tray for salted bread with 430 stainless steel finish, 58x68cm
- Optional tinplate tray for sweet bread, 58x68cm
- Uses eco-friendly R134a gas, which does not harm the environment
- Available only in 220V
- Chamber equipped with 2 heating elements, one of 300W located in the rear circulation tunnel and another of 700W located inside the evaporation tube
- The AC40T model has a height difference compared to the AC20T, of 100mm at the rear and 140mm at the front, to facilitate water drainage to the drain
- The equipment does not allow both systems to run at the same time, operating either in refrigeration or in heating mode
- Equipped with heavy-duty casters, for easier movement
- Digital controller equipped with a battery lasting up to 72 hours
- Low energy consumption
- Optional exterior cladding in white pre-painted galvanized steel.
