Warranty Terms

METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA provides a warranty for the equipment it manufactures, as specified below:

The warranty applies only to normal use of the equipment, subject to compliance with the recommendations and instructions in the manual that accompanies the product. Accordingly, the factory grants a total warranty of 6 (six) months, of which the first 3 (three) months are the legal warranty and the remaining 3 (three) months are the contractual warranty — as established in these terms —, counted from the date of issue of the purchase invoice, which must be presented for any service covered under this warranty term;

The warranty covers the replacement of parts and labor for repairing defects duly confirmed by the manufacturer or by METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA to be manufacturing defects. During the warranty period, the product will receive service from METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA. Only technical service authorized by the VENÂNCIO brand is responsible for identifying defects and carrying out repairs within the warranty period; when a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the repair will be free of charge;

Equipment repaired without factory authorization, or that has been altered, disassembled, and/or used contrary to the instructions in the respective manuals, will not be covered by the warranty;

This warranty applies only to parts and components manufactured by METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA, and also covers the labor costs for such repairs;

Please note that glass, light bulbs, heating elements, contactors, fuses, relays, solenoids, digital controllers, and thermostats are not covered by this warranty;

In the case of electric motors, since they are manufactured by third parties, defective units must be sent to their authorized technical service;

In the case of large equipment (roasters, ovens, buffet warmers, industrial ranges, etc.), technical service, when necessary, will visit the customer's premises directly. For small equipment (heaters, griddles, gravy warmers, steam kettles, sandwich grills, water coolers, beverage dispensers, etc.), the customer must, on their own, send the item to the brand's authorized technical service;

Electrical grid faults, improper installation, shipping damage caused by third parties, or extreme weather will void this warranty;

It is the customer's responsibility to notify METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA of any manufacturing defect identified in the product, through the After-Sales department, by phone at (51) 3793-4343, through the After-Sales Channel on the manufacturer's website, or through one of the brand's authorized technical service providers, listed at www.venanciometal.com.br.

Important

Only assemble the product using appropriate safety equipment (safety glasses, leather gloves, etc.) and tools suited to the specific product. VENÂNCIO is not responsible for any physical harm resulting from failure to observe these precautions, nor for improper use of the equipment, including while it is in operation.

The legal and/or special warranty is automatically voided if:

The use is not exclusively industrial/professional;

During product installation, the specifications and recommendations in the Consumer Manual regarding installation conditions are not observed, such as leveling the product, suitability of the installation site, electrical voltage compatible with the product, etc.;

During installation, the electrical and/or gas conditions are not compatible with those recommended in the Consumer Manual;

During use of the product, the instructions for use and recommendations in the Consumer Manual are not observed;

There is misuse, poor maintenance, improper use, negligence with the product, or aesthetic and/or functional alterations or modifications, or repairs carried out by persons or entities not authorized by METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA;

There are signs of tampering with the product, or removal and/or alteration of the serial number or identification label of the product;

The legal and/or special warranty does not cover:

Expenses arising from or related to the installation of parts and accessories that are not part of the product, even those sold by METALÚRGICA VENÂNCIO LTDA, except those specific to each model;

Expenses for labor, materials, parts, and adaptations required to prepare the installation site for the product, i.e., electrical wiring, gas piping, masonry, grounding, etc.;

Maintenance and/or cleaning services and/or expenses for the product;

Product malfunctions resulting from insufficient, faulty, or interrupted electrical power supply, such as power fluctuations exceeding those established in the consumer manual, etc.;

Malfunctions in the normal operation of the product resulting from lack of cleaning and excess residue, as well as those resulting from the action of animals (insects, pets), or the presence of objects inside the product;

Transport of the product to its final installation location;

Products or parts damaged as a result of removal, handling, falls, or acts by the consumer or third parties;

Important

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DEFECTS IN SERVICES PROVIDED BY THIRD PARTIES.

Cosmetic defects (dented or scratched products) or products with internal or external parts missing, sold as clearance or display items;

Oxidation problems caused by the following factors:

Installation in environments where the equipment is exposed to acidic chemical products that may damage its paint;

Installation in environments with high salt concentration, such as coastal regions;

Use of inappropriate chemical products for cleaning;

Expenses for diagnostics that determine that the product failure was caused by a reason not covered by this warranty;

The use of appliances whose explanation is found in the consumer manual or on labels and stickers that accompany the product will be charged to consumers.

We recommend that, upon delivery, you inspect your product in the presence of the carrier. Check that the product matches the purchase and the description on the Invoice. If there is any problem, refuse the product, record the reason on the back of the Invoice, and contact the party responsible for the delivery service;

The special warranty does not cover:

Any and all manufacturing defects that are apparent and easily identifiable;

Parts subject to natural wear, disposable parts, or moving or removable parts under normal use, such as control knobs and handles, as well as the labor used to fit these parts;

General considerations

Metalúrgica Venâncio Ltda. does not authorize any person or entity to assume its name or any other responsibility regarding the warranty of its products.

Metalúrgica Venâncio Ltda. reserves the right to change the general, technical, and aesthetic features of its products without prior notice.

To prove the warranty period, the consumer must have the Warranty Term below, duly completed, together with the original copy of the purchase invoice.

Attention

To make use of the warranty, keep and retain the Purchase Invoice for the product and the Warranty Term. These documents must be presented to the authorized professional when service is requested.
